Postal Center USA is a family-owned retail "pack & ship" store.
That means that we're not a franchise.
That's important because most franchised pack & ship stores pay big royalties - some have to pay nearly 10% of their gross sales to a franchisor.
Not here.
Because we pay no royalties to any company, we're able to keep our prices that much lower - something our customers just love.
Being "family-owned" also means that we really care about our community. I've lived in the Boston area for all of my life - I'm a native through and through.
I recognize that small businesses are the heart and soul of smaller communities like Randolph. I do everthing in my power to operate a business so that it's a positive influence for my customers, neighbors and friends.
